Problem with account balance

Hello!

We bought prepaid account two weeks ago and paid monthly price for it. Then we added second line (number) to it. We paid for both lines, but we see that account balance is 0. And we think that it started to use credit limit, because is says that $104.36 used and $395.64 remaining. What does this mean? And why after paying account balance didn't change?

Welcome to the community Smiley

 

If you have a prepaid account, there shouldn't be a credit limit.  If you see a credit limit online, it would seem that your account is a postpaid one.  If your credit limit is below $500, it means that there are pending charges on your account and they will show on your next invoice.
