Problem of temporary suspension

Hi, I have asked for temporary suspension for 4 months on April 29, and paid the suspension fee. However, I received May's bill that still asked me to pay the regular plan fee. Can someone help me out? Thanks

The link you provided does not seem a right place. The Bitly website asks me info about “my product”to create my bitlink. I can't find any other info about fido. Sorry, it is my first time using this web, if I miss something, could you please point it out to me? Thanks

I was wondering if there is a way to contact a representative except calling by phone. I am abroad already, and my fido account was also suspended. Can someone access my bill online and check what is going wrong?
