Problem in changing plan or order phone online

I'm a Participant Level 2
I'm a Participant Level 2

I was gonna order a new phone and to change my plan online but the

“ This request cannot be processed online for prepaid account” keep on showing up. 

which is so frustrating for me coz all the phone lines  under my account is all in a monthly plan.

I already called Fido and they said they already fix it and just wait for 24 hours for it to take effect but until now it’s still not working.
