I was a Fido customer for 20 years. They're service and customer service was the best until a few years ago. Nothing but issues with the customer service reps. I cancelled.
I still had a Fido phone and found I needed one just as a Pay as you go plan...$10 month.
I activated it and found the next month, on the 1st, it was no longer activated even though the $10 monthly is paid.
I called and was assured the issue was fixed and would no longer happen.
Guess what everyone??? I has happened for the last 3 months. I have to get on the phone and spend an hour to get this fixed.
Today, I think I will cancel the service from this horrible, terrible company.

It's important on our end that you get a good experience with us. Based on what you explained here, it doesn't look like you received the best one.
