Pre-paid web page a nightmare!

I have my phone - pre-paid - now for a few month and managed originally to set up payment. But last week they texted me they can't get payment. 

I tried to get into my account, and managed after talking with a few agents. None of them got my problem.

I can now sign in, with my email, but the moment I am in the name is replaced with a different one. I see an account of a person that had my number until January 2018. I did pay my account and it says on the page: we will email your invoice:  to the owner up to January.

What would help me if I had an email address for a manager of pre-paid! I don't do Twitter and such stuff!

Then I can send him or her screen shots of what I see

Thank you community

PS: I believe their database is totally screwed up!
