Hi folks,
We signed up for fido internet back in Dec 2020 and received the $150 prepaid mastercard.
Used the card to pay for an item online approximately $100
Went to the store location to return the item purchased.
Return went OK.
Balance does not seem to be reflected properly.
What's the solution?
How can I check the card balance?

Welcome to the community!
I understand that you received the prepaid MasterCard through a Fido promotion. However, I'm not sure whether Fido is the issuer of that card. That said, I assume the processes would be similar to other prepaid MasterCards. According to here, the credit may not be added to the available funds for up to seven business days. That FAQ also provides a possible means of checking the balance of the card.

Thanks for the details.
I dont think the card was issued by Fido but also not The Card Store.
More than 7 days have passed and still was not able to use the full amount.

Thank you for the additional information. Is there a phone number on the card for the issuer (see here)? You might consider contacting the issuer for further assistance with your matter.
