Just a quick one in regards to the above question. I have 2 lines in my BYOD account with you guys and I wish to port out the primary one. Would it affect the other line? Will it automatically cancel the primary one once it is ported out and the other one will stay?
If you have multiple lines and you port out one it does not affect the other lines, once the port is complete it will cancel just that line and the others will stay.
