I am very upset with Fido as I was told that I was able to add a line to my account and then I call back the next day as they told me I would have a tracking number in my email as well as a email stating that my phone was shipped and now they aren't giving me my new phone and they want to do a new credit check I think I'm gonna leave and go to a new company and it's pretty sad I've been with them for 2-3 years now
