I am with Fido for more than 10 years, I have to say n general the customer service department has been really helpful. However, recently I have internet issues, the speed is really slow. I cannot even send iMessage. I cannot use my data at all. I called many times. They made so many promises, none of them was happened. Sometime the customer service representative just hang up the phone without calling back. When I want to make a complaint, they told me go to CRTC. When I want talk to the supervisor, they refuse to take the call. So after calling many many times. Issue was not solved, still have slow internet speed. I seriously consider to change another provider. I cannot imagine such bad service. If you cannot solve the issue, just being honest, do not make the promise which cannot keep.
