Poor customer service and unjust charges

I was charged 164 $ a few days ago for international calling without any notification and when I talked to customer service , I was told that I will not be charged 164$ and if I get a top up, all those charges will be changed to a rate of 0.02/ min . However I got the bill saying I am still being charged 164$. And I tried to contact Fido via calls, chat support for several days, let alone hours. Leaving fido
