I have been a FIDO customer for close to ten years. Two days ago I contacted FIDO's impersonal customer service and arranged for a "call back" Ttonight at 7:00 I recieved a text from FIDO at 6:30pm reminding me of the call back and telling me that I needed to be available for the call, I would hear from a rep within 30 min of the 7:00 appointment. It is now 9:00pm and I did not receive a call and have not received a message explainging why not.
In the past when I have dealt with FIDO I have been told I am a valued customer but, my dealing with FIDO have made me frrl anything but "A valued customer"
I think it is time for me to seriously consider a new service provider!
