I’ve been a loyal customer with Fido for 10 years now. I’m so disappointed with the customer service. I’ve been talking to them and advise what’s the best offer they can give me since i was very loyal to them they can’t even be bothered to offer anything similar to what other company’s are offering and whatever in the website they offer me the same thing and they can’t do anything with that.
