Hello, my name is Mingi LEE, a foreign student who stayed in Toronto, Canada from March 2023 to January 7, 2024 to learn English. After January 7, I returned to my home country, Korea. Before returning, I cancelled my Fido mobile service through Mobacon, the company that assisted me when I signed up. I believed the cancellation was successful, but it appears my Fido plan was not terminated properly, as I've received several Fido bills via email. As you can see, I haven't used any services since January 7. Please assist me with this matter.

Hello @Mingi , sorry to hear that your plan wasn't canceled when you requested. As you are back home, may I suggest contacting fidosolutions on Twitter or Facebook and send them a direct message to discuss this.  We aren't a customer service venue, we're more community support oriented. Here are the various ways to contact Fido's customer support. I hope you have a good resolution.
