I got my plan upgraded automatically from $60 to $110 without my knowledge and approval. i only realized it with it hit my credit card.
took a lot of time to get it waived but did not get the answer why and how it happened ? could be system issue. Is that happened to any one else ?
This has shaken my trust on Fido and surely not a good customer experience.
