Plan price new account

Hello,

today I signed onto Fido. I was told the price was $44 with 20GB data and if I signed on for automatic withdrawal from credit card the monthly plan will be $39. But when I go to my fido account, it says $67 month. ???

Can anyone explain this to me. Please help.

The offer as indicated on the website is you will get $28/mo off the $67/mo plan for only $39/mo after Automatic Payments Discount and the discount will appear on your 2nd or 3rd invoice.

Thank you for your reply. So why was this not mentioned when signing on? Unforunately, all i was told was that i would pay $50 for administration fee and the $39/month fee. So hopefully fido will honour this agreement and not be charging $67 for several months. I will cancel fido and switch back.

I don't know how you signed up or what was discussed when you did it but the deal is as I mentioned above and you can see it on fido.ca also.
