I just called a representative today to change my plan and she said that i will be able to restart my phone at 12 a.m and all my new features will be there but i cant redeem my spotify premium and it says i still have my 80$ plan instead of the 60$

From what you're saying, it doesn't seem that the plan was changed. Did you receive any e-mail confirmation for the plan change?
