I upgraded my phone on September 28 over the phone and have not received anything yet. I called to inquire, but could not stay on hold for 30 minutes, and the lady was not able to call me back because she was inbound-whatever that means. If I don't receive phone and there is no changes to my bill saying that I upgraded my phone is it worth the hassle to pursue any further?
