Hello, I recently made an upgrade purchase via a social media CSR. The price they offered for a certified pre-owned iPhone 8 (64g) is $229 before tax while on the website they offer $149 before tax for a brand new phone with the same model. What’s going on? I was told by the CSR that the initial price was $449, all for a medium tab plan. So is there a way i can get compensated for this? I feel ripped off

We sometimes have promotions which reduces the price of certain phones which would explain why the pre-owned device was more expensive than the new one.
On the other hand, as long as you're within the satisfaction period (0-15 days after purchase) we can adjust the price of the device.
