Hi, I placed an order for iPhone 11 pro on July 19, but I'm still waiting for the phone to arrive. I've talked to your representatives 4 times and they have said it was back ordered but it would come soon, but it never arrived. How much longer do I have to wait for the phone?

When a device is back-ordered Fido will try to get it to you as fast as possible but the time frame can vary as it depends on stock from the supplier.

Hello, I still haven't received the phone upgrade order that I placed on July 19. It's too delayed.

I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your device yet.

 

If you've ordered a device in high demand, it's possible there may be a delay in delivering your order.

Keep in mind, you'll receive an email with a tracking number once it's been sent out!

I'm wondering how Fido is still selling the same phone I ordered at a higher price. Is it supposed to be First come first serve base? The phone I ordered is IPhone 11 pro.

 There are several ways to reach customer service:

 

 - On the phone (by dialing 611 from your Fido device), you will have a call back option instead of waiting on the line

- Via live chat on Fido.ca

- By writing us a private message on our social networks (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram).
