I am supposed to get my phone credit Fido promised and after my contract started and phone received I still have not see the credit in my Fido account. And they asked me to post here?

a loyalty credit that is supposed to be credited after I order the new phone.
Some promotional credits are applied only on the 2nd or 3rd bill after the upgrade, I'll send you a PM to take a closer look and see if that's the case in your situation.
