Phone and text message list

Is there a way to download all of the phone numbers that I have texted or called? Usage of some sort.  I notice I can't find this feature like other providers.

  Welcome to the community!

  There isn't a way to download the phone numbers you have called during your current cycle. However, you can view (and download) the outgoing calls for cycles which have already been billed via My Account . Select Billings&Payments --> View Bill --> Select Bill --> Print or Save PDF.

  You can also view the details of your most recent bill by selecting Billings&Payments --> View Bill --> Select Bill --> Usage Breakdown --> Talk. There, you can also select a date interval as well as download usage for that interval.

  The numbers you have texted are not detailed and you would have to go through your text messages for that information.
