Phone Upgrade and Plan Change

My plan has ran out so I'm looking to change a few things. Can I change my plan and do the free upgrade at the same time? It is only giving me the one option. I'm trying to work out if it is worth me staying with Fido or switching to a cheaper provider. Thanks.

Hi @FidoPamela,

it looks like I was not the only one who had this problem too. Yesterday around 10 pm I was about to upgrade my phone to note 9 with existing plan to get promotion for the Cyber Monday but I could not do it too. Can you help me with it too?
