Hello!
So I ordered for a phone upgrade and plan to go with it after my previous one ended but I haven't gotten any news about it. I heard confirmation emails take about 24 to 48 hours ish? But upcoming today (as it's the middle of the night) it will be a week since I made my order.
I tried searching if I could see my phone upgrade
order and how it's doing but there's nothing to find anywhere. Whenever I clicked on "upgrade phone" it would say it's still processing.. but last time I checked was a day or two ago. And I check all over my email and no sign of a confirmation email either. Has there been backlogs with orders and such? How is my order and is everything okay?
Thank you to anyone who could help me.. I'd greatly appreciate it.
