It's been couple of months that I am trying to use Fido.ca to upgrade my phone and it's not working. After opening Phone Shop and Login the page is loading and loading for couple of minutes and then gives and error "We're sorry, this information is currently not available online. If you need help with your account, please call 1-888-481-FIDO (3436)"
Tried different browser, clearing cach and coockies, even different computers and still nothing. Phone Shop is working totally while I am sign out but after login for upgrading it's giving the same error over and over.
