Personal information Leak? My legal name shows when other phone number (fraud call) calls my friend

My friend told me several times that I called her. But I didn't. My legal name is the caller ID on the phone call but with a weired number like 1-866 xxxxxx. It is serious and scary that legal name shows when fraud calls came in. Did they have all my personal information?

Is it possible that your friend could have accidentally saved that number under your contact on her device? I don't know your name but I'm sure you're not the only person with that name it could just be a coincidence that it happened given its a big one but I've seen it happen with others before that these scammers would also make it show the call is coming from your number because they spoof your number surely spoofing a name isn't that hard for them now and they try any and everything to find new victims.
