Hi,
Suddenly my fido line cancelled and when i contact they are saying because of fraud.
I called fraud department. They forward to voice message. I sent voice message they dont call me..i have never seen something like this in my life.
What fraud? Who did fraud? What is the problem. Fido dont say nothing.
I will go to take legal action about this. If i cant solve soon

If your line was flagged for fraud it could be because something nefarious was detected on the line if it has already been sent to the fraud department someone should reach out to you it just takes some time, in the meantime you can always stay in contact with customer support to follow up.
