Payments with international credit card

Hi, i am thinking of get the registered credit card changed to a Master card issued aboard. Does fido accept the payment by Master card issued outside of Canada?

Unfortunately, that will not work the name and the address on the account must match the info on the credit card and it also needs to be a credit card issued by a Canadian financial institution.
