Have 4 lines with Fido. Got an offer for a better package. Question is , do I lose my payment program device credits for my phones ( eg $12 bill credit monthly for buying iPhone which was $32 monthly) Chatting agent said all credits will be canceled while twitter support says the opposite. I am confused. Any clarification will be appreciated
