I apologize if this is not the right place to ask. FIDO has sent a new bill, this is my second month using Fido, but I really don't use it or have any use for it at the moment.
How can I stop the monthly bills?

If you're not using the service at the moment, you can take @KAPABLE-K's suggestion and switch your service over to prepaid.
Another option is to temporarily suspend your line, which would allow you to keep your plan and account for when you're ready to use the service again.
Regardless of the option you choose, feel free to contact customer service for help with these changes.

Sounds like you have a post-paid account if that's the case and you did not finance a device from Fido then you might want to look into switching to a pre-paid line.
