Payment posting delays

I would like to know why it takes so long for your payroll personal to get tjings in order. I paid my April bill on the 5th it is still telling me I owe. Yes it says pay before the 12th which it was. It does not take a week for your company to receive the money, it is taking your payroll personal to get things in order. Come Fido get it together.

If you pay directly through our website, the payment is received immediately. If you make your payment through your bank, it can take up to 10 business days for them to send the payment our way and for us to apply it to your account. We update the account balance as soon as the payment is processed on our end.
