I cancelled my FIDO plan on around 12th March and made payment on my February bill on 14th. Why is it not reflecting on my account???????????

That doesn't sound right. It's been a while since you made the payment, therefore regardless of the payment method used, we should've received it by now.
How exactly did you check the current balance on your account? Did you log in on Fido.ca to see if the payment was applied?
