How fido charge a customer for service he or she didn't use at all @Fi @fid 

saying the customer must pay why?

  Welcome to the community!


  Are you referring to your regular monthly charges or additional charges on your bill? If you're referring to the former, your monthly plan allows you access to the networks to use your allotment of services (Talk, Text, and/or Data).  Whether you used the services or not, you had access to them.


  On the other hand, if you're referring to additional charges, have you had a chance to view the bill details via My Account? If you did incur additional charges for services you did not believe you used, you might consider contacting customer service so they can go over your bill with you. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.
