Payment Reversal back to Bank

I stopped the payment but the bank still send the payment, bank send the fax for reversal 15 days ago but Fido did not reverse the money, the account is credited with $67.23 before the new bill generates please reverse the money as the new bill payment will be coming from different account please address this asap


Hello @Rajeev1231 , so sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your billing. You will have to contact Fido customer support using one of the methods mentioned Here  to have your account looked at. The forum members don't have the ability to access accounts.
