Paying the wrong account

I have been paying the wrong account since September of last year 2000 and sum has been taken by fido with no compensation

As Cawtau mentioned if there an unauthorized payments, you can contact your bank or credit card company to reverse the charges. If you need more details to check what happened, let us know and we'll send you a PM. Smiley

  I understand you're upset. However, in most instances of that nature, you need to contact your bank and/or your credit card company and have them reverse the charges and pay the correct account.

 

  Any company would need to verify that it was yourself who paid the other account and not somebody else. Unfortunately, the payees would not be able to verify that information. They may be able verify that funds were deposited into the other account. However, they won't be able to verify from whom it was deposited.

 

  Your bank and/or credit card company would have to rectify the situation for you.
