Payed phone bill twice after I got an error message but money has still been transacted! Help!

So I was paying my $52 phone bill for the month through Interac online with RBC like I always do. But in the last step I got an error message saying that it could not work. So I tried again and I got the same result. But then I checked my bank account and both payments had indeed been transacted!? So I've made a double payment and the money hasn't even reached Fido. What's gone wrong? How can I fix this. Please help!! 

 

EDIT: Nevermind, thankfully after like 30mins, the lost money has been automatically deposited into my account. Not sure how to delete this thread.

I'm glad that this got resolved. Smiley For future reference, if the money hasn't yet reached Fido, your best bet is to contact your bank.
