6gigs +2 gigs =8 gigs ?

So I sign up for the 6gigs +2 gigs free for 2 years 

1 st bill comes with $155 overage charge and am now told ohhhh sorry that 2 free gigs only starts in 1-2 months later !!

WAIT WHAAAT!!

i was never told this as I told the customer service and was also told that a $423 bill is normal for your first bill!! 

This is not normal I’m sorry and will have to file a complaint with CRTC
