Hey @Amazza congratulations on winning the gift card. You say you received the communication about winning by email. Did you respond to the email? Also, did you check in the fido app for a notification? If a potential winner doesn't reply in a fixed amount of time (stated in the potential winner notice) then. The prize is forfeited and if enough time remains, will be drawn again. That's about all I know about the communication aspect of winning a contest. Replying and confirming in a timely fashion is very important.
