Hi,
I just paid my bill and realized I paid the wrong bill so i paid way over the total amount. I'm wondering why i have yet to recieve a refund for this. And if i will receive a refund for this as fido has more of my money than they need and i need it to pay another bill asap

You mentioned you paid the wrong bill, but it is on the right account? If yes, it will be applied to your balance and the overpayment will be deducted from your next bill.
If not, we might be able to transfer that payment to the right account.
How was your payment made?
