My data bytes won't work. I'm logged into my account and not on wifi but it says I'm not connected to the Fido Network. Anyway I can fix this? I'm on my data and have 3 bars why won't it work?

If you restart your device completely, do you get the same situation once it connects back to the network?

When is the last time you used Data Bytes?
