Overage charges - international minutes

Hello 

I just received my fido bill which is usually 72 dollars a month but this time it was 563 dollars a month. Turns out i did call a friend in australia but the point is if i have international minutes why am i being charged extra for those calls?

If i am being charged of will be charged for a call like this shouldn't i receive a notification or just get a notication before or after the call that these calls are charged separately? This does not make any sense at all.

I am sorry to learn about the extra charge on your account. I understand an unexpected bill can be surprising. However, no notification is sent for airtime usage.

 Did you check which countries are included in the international minutes add-on for you? You can verify that on your bill. We do not offer international calls to Australia with any of our plan and our add-ons do not include Australia.
