Other charges and credits - Extra Bill

I am a Fido customer since 2019 and have never changed my package plan ever since. I usually pay approximately CAD 40 every month. Today my bill had CAD15 extra on my bill under Other charges and credits amounting to approximately CAD 55! 

 

I have not subscribed to any new package, not used roaming or any services at all. What am I being charged for? Sad

If you save/print your invoice detail will tell you exactly what you were billed for, see here on how to do that.

 

If you still think the charges are not valid then you will need to contact customer service and they can further assist you.
