Online refill is broken

Online refill does not work for me for the past three days. When I click 'One-time Refill' on the refill page the 'Refill Amount' select box does not fill with values and an error message shows up.
'OH-OH!
Some error occurred. Please try again later.'
I tried several OS and browser, same result.
Any chance to get this fixed ?

I'm really sad to learn you're having trouble refilling your account online!

 

Would you be able to tell us if you were trying to refill from your smartphone or on a laptop? Also, did you try clearing the cache and cookies of your browsers to see if that changes anything?

 

Let us know. 

 

In the meantime, keep in mind that you can also refill your account through the automated system by calling *611 from your Fido phone. You can also find more information on all the available refill methods here.

I am using laptops.

Clearing cache or cookies does not change anything.

Part of the refill page are loosing the session context.

The phone number shown is ok, but the stored value and the expiry date are wrong.

 

My last successfull refill using the same os/browser was on Jan 29.

The problem started around Feb 1st.

 

I can use other methods to reload, but you still have a broken webpage Sad

Which browsers have you used exactly? Are you getting a specific error message besides the stored value and the expiry date being wrong?

I tried Opera and Chromium under Linux Mint,

and IE and Edge under Win10.

(Fido login does not work with FF, but this is a different problem)

 

Account Balance and Expiry date are shown correct after logon (https://www.fido.ca/pages/#/my-account/overview).

 

On 'Refill Now' (https://www.fido.ca/pages/#/my-account/prepaid-refill)

The Airtime balance is 0 and the Expiry is empty.

 

On 'On-time Refill' (https://www.fido.ca/pages/#/my-account/prepaid-refill/one-time-refill)

the 'Refill Amount' select box does not fill with values and an error message shows up.

Some error occurred. Please try again later.'

 

The session itself is not lost. Going back to the account page Account Balance and Expiry date are shown correct.
