You will need to contact customer service directly and they will be able to better assist you.
From what I know Fido purges old invoices and only keeps records for a certain amount of time since it has been a very long time since I had to do anything in regards to getting an old invoice I'm unsure of the time frame that they keep invoices for but customer service would be able to assist you.
