Fake promises of schedule call backs trying from last 3 days but i am not getting solution for my increased bill.

I don't know where Fido is getting these customer service employees from. Also, their sales employees are so incompetent I'm always questioning if they are legitimate or scam callers. Numbers and Caller ID are so easy to spoof these days that even Fido's legitimate slaes reps cannot answer the question if they are real. 

 

Hey Fido forum moderators, here's some feedback to pass along: Include fluent language proficiency in your hiring criteria so at least your sales teams are able to generate some sales and answer customer questions.

Omg, there I thought I was the only one encountering this issue. I told the guy that I rarely hit 30 gb would like a cheaper rate? He goes telling me about a 140 gb plan. If I can't use 30 gb why do I want to pay more for 140 gb
