Hi,
Everytime I go to voicemail I have to enter my password. Is there a way to not be required to enter password when you call the voicemail from your phone? Thanks
April
Hi there @The-Alley , yes you can. This is for an android phone so iPhone may differ. Just open the phone app and on the recent tab there 3 dots in the upper right, tap on the 3 dots and select settings. Scroll down to voice-mail and tap on that. Tap on voice-mail number and this allows you to edit it. Now you add an apostrophe at the end of the number by touching at the end of the vm number and a number screen pops up, touch the symbols under the done button and another screen opens, now you can add a pause followed by your password, touch okay to save it and done. Hope that helps.

Hi,
Thanks for your response. I did not find such an option for iPhone. In fact, the settings for voicemail on iPhone or very limited. Also, voicemails I received when I was with another carrier were recorded and displayed on the Voicemail section of the Phone app. You could also listen to them while they were being recorded. Since I have moved to Fido, these do not work. I only receive a notification that I have a new voicemail. I wonder if this is the intended behaviour.

Hey @The-Alley!
There is no way to listen to your voice message without a code.
Your post seems to address iPhone's visual voicemail. To access this feature, you can obtain the add-on here and gather additional information on this page.
Hope this helps!

Good morning, @The-Alley, I'm sorry that didn't help. I'm not an apple person, so I have limited knowledge about what services are there for you. I found this on apple support page about voice mail and passwords. You can probably dig a little deeper in that forum or ask a question. See HERE
