I recently changed my plan to FIDO PULSE 5GB - BYOP, and for some reason I can no longer receive any text messages. I checked my account information online and it says N/A for TEXT which is obviously not right. I'm pretty sure the plan comes with unlimited text messaging, so it is a mystery to me why it does not work. Already tried restarting my phone and that does not work. I believe it has something to do with my account, not my phone. Any ideas what went wrong?
