Not happy with Fido services

I am a new customer since a month and I am not happy with the fido services. I am thinking of cancelling this account and move to a different provider. Although I already paid the bill for January, I would like to bring the services elsewhere before or in January. Does Fido provide me with a cheque of the unused amount of money? Or how do I get the remaining dollars in return?

I'm sad to see that you're unhappy with your services and are planning on leaving us. Sad May I ask why?

 

As for getting a refund, a cheque would be mailed to the address we have on file about 2 weeks after the final bill is issued.
