I am a new customer, and I ordered a sim for the promo BYOP plans. For some reason, it was delivered to a UPS access point, instead of the shipping address I registered online with. First, I have to ask why?
Second, it is now Christmas Eve, and I can't get there in time... and I am travelling after Christmas. I tried to call in for redirection but I can't seem to get through. Any suggestions?
The most irritating part of it is that they emailed the first bill to me already. The billing cycle has started and I have no sim, and won't be able to use for weeks now. And, the first bill does not list the $10 billing credit and 2GB bonus data anywhere. So, wrong delivery address, wrong billing amount, bill is wrongly timed... help!

If you check the UPS tracking, was a delivery attempted at your address first and then redirected to a UPS access point?
As for the promo, it will appear after 2-3 billing cycles. Let me know if you were able to get in contact with UPS.
