Hello I am experiencing no service on my Fido number

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Sorry to hear you're having issues with your service. However, you should note the forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts nor would we be in any position to address your matter.

 

  From your other post here, you appear to be out of the Country in Belize. What plan-type do you have? You should note that some plans (ie Basic plans) do not allow for roaming abroad. Assuming you do have a plan capable of roaming, are you able to manually select a network? If you do not see any available networks, is it possible your area does not have adequate cellular coverage?

 

  If you wished to discuss your situation or verify there are no roaming blocks on your account, you would need to contact customer service. I understand you are outside of Canada, they do offer a number to contact from abroad. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
