I am traveling in the United Arab Emirates and my Fido won't connect to any network here. I need to access my text messages for verification and other purposes. I have tried reaching out to support on social media without any response. Appreciate any solutions!

The United Arab Emirates is one of our Fido Roam destinations so there shouldn't be any issues. Did you try some troubleshooting already? Like restarting your phone, resetting your network settings or trying to manually connect to a network via your device settings?
